Athens Community Center

The former Athens Elementary School at 28 Brookline Rd. is now being used as a Community Center. The town is scoping a renovation project that would also move the town office to the building. 

Community Center Rental
The Community Center is available for rent for various activities.

• The price for residents is $25 security deposit plus $25 rental fee. The security deposit is returnable if the facility is in good condition after the event.
• Non-residents can rent the building for $25 security deposit and $50 rental fee. The security deposit is returnable if the facility is in good condition after the event.
• Currently it is the main room of the facility, i.e. the classroom which is the rental space.
  
• There are no kitchen facilities but crock pots, etc. can be used.
• There are 2 bathrooms available.
